Prepare the Package

Place the shoes in their original box and protective packaging, ensuring that the soles remain unmarked by only trying them on carpeted surfaces.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the provided prepaid shipping label or use your own preferred courier, and securely attach it to the outside of the shipping carton.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement pair within 5 working days.
