What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure you try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles, as we cannot accept returns for shoes with visible wear.

Can Herring shoes be repaired or resoled?

Most of our shoes feature a Goodyear-welted construction, which allows them to be resoled multiple times by a skilled cobbler. We also offer a dedicated refurbishment service for Herring branded footwear to extend the life of your investment.

How should I care for my leather shoes?

To maintain the longevity of your shoes, we recommend using cedar shoe trees to maintain shape and absorb moisture. Regularly clean and polish the leather with high-quality creams, and avoid wearing the same pair two days in a row.
